How quickly can you repaint a property between tenants?
It depends on the size of the property and how much make-good is needed, but vacant interiors are the fastest work we do because there is nothing to work around. We confirm a realistic date at the inspection rather than promising a number before we have seen it.
Do you do end-of-lease and make-good work?
Yes. That includes patching nail holes, picture hooks, dents and scuffs, and dealing with water staining, before repainting to a neutral finish ready for the next tenancy.
